**拒收无人机航拍作品

Submission limit: Max. 5 entries per person.
Drone/aerial photography not accepted.

1. 所有参赛作品必须由参赛者本人使用智能手机 / 平板电脑拍摄。无人机、单反、微单、运动相机等非手机设备拍摄作品不予接收。
2. 参赛者为作品唯一著作权人，拥有作品完整版权；作品不得盗用、抄袭、翻拍他人照片。
3. 参赛即代表参赛者同意比赛全部规则。

All submitted photos must be captured by the entrant using a smartphone or tablet only. Images taken by drone, DSLR, mirror‑less camera, action‑camera or other non‑mobile‑phone devices are NOT accepted.

Entrants shall be the sole copyright owners of their submitted works. Plagiarism, copying or reproducing other people’s photos is prohibited.

Submission of entries constitutes full acceptance of all competition rules.

Each entrant may submit a maximum of 5 photographs. Entries exceeding this limit will not be judged.

Single‑image entries only. Photo series, collages and long panoramic stitched images are not accepted.

作品拍摄时间仅限近 2 年内拍摄，不接受 AI 生成图片。

Photos must have been taken within the last 2 years. AI‑generated images are not eligible.

1. 允许基础后期调整：亮度、对比度、白平衡、饱和度、锐化、裁剪。
2. 禁止大幅度修改画面内容：不得添加、移除、移位照片内任何物体、人物或背景元素。
3. 不接受重绘、AI 扩图、深度合成、换背景等数字创作作品。

Basic post‑processing adjustments are permitted: brightness, contrast, white balance, saturation, sharpening and cropping.

Substantial alteration of image content is forbidden. No objects, people or background elements may be added, removed or relocated within the frame.

Digitally‑redrawn, AI‑extended, deep‑fake or background‑replaced images are not accepted.

3. 长边像素建议：最少 1920px；原图高清优先
4. 请勿添加水印、签名、边框、文字 Logo，否则可能取消参赛资格。
5. 提交时填写信息：作品标题、简短说明（可选）、作者姓名。

Recommended file size: 2MB‑8MB per image

Minimum long‑edge resolution: 1920 pixels. High‑resolution original photos preferred.

Watermarks, signatures, borders or text logos on photos are not allowed and may lead to disqualification.

Required submission information: Photo Title, Short Caption (optional), Entrant’s Full Name.

1. 照片著作权始终归参赛者所有。
2. 主办方拥有获奖 / 入选作品非商业宣传使用权，可用于本次赛事展览、线上宣传、公众号、社交媒体推广，使用时标注作者姓名，不再另行支付稿酬。使用地域为全球，使用期限 2 年。
3. 如主办方需要将照片用于商业用途，将提前与作者另行签署授权协议并支付相应报酬。

The copyright of all submitted photographs remains with the entrant at all times.

The Organizer is granted a non‑commercial promotional license for short‑listed and winning entries. Works may be displayed in exhibitions and published online on websites, social‑media channels for competition promotion, with clear credit given to the author, without additional remuneration. This license is worldwide and valid for 2 years.

Any intended commercial use of entries will require a separate licensing agreement and compensation negotiated with the photographer.

1. 禁止投稿含有暴力、色情、仇恨言论、侵权肖像、隐私、违背公序良俗的作品。
2. 如作品出现肖像权、版权纠纷，一切法律责任由投稿参赛者自行承担，主办方不负任何责任。

Entries containing violence, explicit content, hate speech, privacy violations or images infringing third‑party portrait rights are prohibited.

The entrant shall bear full legal responsibility for any copyright, portrait‑right or other legal disputes arising from their submission. The Organizer accepts 

所有投稿须在截止日期前2026年10月5日 23:59（北京时间）提交，逾期不再接收。评审结果由评委独立裁定，结果为最终决定，不接受申诉。

All entries must be submitted before the closing deadline October 5, 2026, at 23:59 CST (UTC+8); late submissions will not be accepted. Judges’ decisions are final and no appeals will be considered.
